As busy mom of three amazing girls, a wrangler of three fur babies, and a proud military spouse I know all too well the reality you are living in. After years of juggling motherhood, surgeries, menopause, and the constant stress of the job, before becoming your fitness coach, I wore a different uniform – the one of a law enforcement officer, I found myself lost in a cycle of weight gain and discouragement.

 

That's when I embarked on my own health and wellness journey. I discovered the power of movement, not just for my body, but for my mind and soul. I learned to embrace the good days and the pizza days (because let's be real, sometimes mama needs a break!), and most importantly, I rediscovered my strength and confidence.

 

But I knew I wasn't alone. I saw countless other women, just like you, feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and ready to throw in the towel. So, I decided to do something about it - and that’s how Just One More Fitness was born. I would consider it an honor to work with you as your nutritionist, personal trainer, and support system as you begin your journey.
